Giving Back at the Food Bank
Mr. Ghobrial, Ms. Dizon, and students of Lodi High School took a trip to a community food bank on Wednesday Oct. 21. Upon arrival, students were divided into four groups, each group having a large box filled with pasta. Students spent the rest of their day bagging pasta into small bags that would go to families in need. “I definitely found it to be rewarding,” Ms. Dizon said. “Service is something we want our students to see value in, and I think they were able to understand and appreciate where their efforts were going.” This kind act of service definitely deserves to be commended.
