In the Mix: Valentine’s Day Edition

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Directions:
First, finely chop the chocolate of your choice and place in a bowl. Boil the cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Pour the cream over the chocolate. Cover the bowl and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
Remove the cover and mix the cream and chocolate together until smooth. Cover mixture and chill for two hours.
Next, scoop out chocolate and form into balls. Lastly, decorate and enjoy!
