Members of the Future Business Leaders of America took part in competitive events which consisted of different tests, taken on computers.

The st udents all took an hour long test on computers in LHS the week they came back from the holiday break and the results were back a month later. Gabriela Castro, grade 11, placed eighth in Business Communications and she will be moving on to States, along with Karla Clavelo, grade 12, who placed first in Computer Applications. Congratulations to Gabriela and Karla!

The State Leadership Conference is a two day conference from February 26- 27, where our two Lodi High School competitors will network, go to workshops, and take their state level test. Before going to states, Karla will have to take a two hour production test here at school. Then, at states, both, Karla and Gabriela will be taking a one hour long test on a scantron. They take five kids from each category to move onto the National Leadership Conference. We wish the best of luck to Karla and Gabriela!
