The Consumer Bowl: FBLA Club
The New Jersey High School Consumer Bowl is an educational competition for high school students across the state. Schools participate, free of charge, and study materials and additional study links are provided through different websites. All participating students receive Certificates of Achievement. Each year, nine schools from across Bergen County compete against one another to qualify for the regional competition. The competition consists of three groups that compete against one another. Once three rounds of questions are done, the scores are determined. All the winners then compete in the final competition for the title of Bergen County champs. Unfortunately, Lodi High School did not place in the competition, as it was filled with stiff competition from many talented students from about ten different schools. This, however, did not stop Lodi High School from trying and they hope to return to competitions next year.
