On October 31st, before the football game between Lodi and New Milford, the Bandwagon set up a “Trunk or Treat” in the teacher parking lot for the Marching Band so they could enjoy their Halloween! The Bandwagon is a committee composed of band parents that organize fundraisers for the band and also help with selling buttons at every home football game at Lodi High School. A Halloween football game has not happened in the last six years, so band director, Ms. Macri, and the Bandwagon decided to make sure the Lodi Marching Rams still had a special Halloween with friends, family, and of course, candy! To everyone’s surprise, parents creatively decorated their trunks with the holiday’s essence in mind, and some even dressed up! Bowls of candy were placed in the back of their trunks as they stood next to their masterpieces, and had the kids pick their poison.
