3.. 2.. 1.. Liftoff!
Mr. Fusco and the “Rocket Rebels” have already started working on their rockets for the upcoming year. When speaking with senior Deepam Rana, he said he has been with the club since he was in fifth grade. The Rocket Club is in it’s eighth year and soaring to new heights. Last year, they qualified first in the nation at the Team America Rocketry Challenge. “It takes a lot of dedication,” Rana stated. “A rocket could take over two days to build and can easily become lost in a tree in less than 50 seconds.” This year is Rana’s last, and he hopes to make it memorable. The Rocket Club is one of Lodi High School’s most unique clubs, and they are reaching new limits with every launch.
