Unorganized Cooking: But Wait, There’s More

You really thought I was done with those cranberries? No. That was just part one. Now this is part two. This part is quicker at least, although probably messier.

Ingredients:

  • Basically everything from part 1

Cooking Time: 10 min.

  1. Get rid of the cinnamon stick and lemons in the pot
  2. With the cranberries left in the bottom of the pot, mash them together
  3. Jams usually are chock loaded with sugar, so I got off count with how much I added.
  4. Now that you’ve added enough sugar to rot the teeth of Queen Elizabeth I, let cool
  5. Pour into a jar and refrigerate until needed. Or, you can just eat it straight out the jar, although, that will make it spoil quicker.

Now that I think about it, I wonder how this would go with IKEA meatballs. Also, where does one even buy raw lingonberries to begin with, or currants. I’ve seen star apples, dosakai, pepino melon, pepeto, and cocoa fruit, but not once I’ve seen these 2 sold raw in stores. Anyway, hope you enjoy!
