Battle of the Stars
The Battle of the Stars is an annual fundraiser and competition among the classes. Each year, members of each class’ student council sell stars to their fellow classmates hoping to outsell the other classes. The class that sells the most stars not only wins all the money they have raised, but also a percentage of the other class’s earnings. Each class gets their own color stars and a designated wall for the stars to be placed in the cafeteria. This year the senior class came out with the win, totaling 402 stars. The junior class then followed with a total of 360 stars, and then came the sophomores with 182 stars. The freshman class came out with 50 stars. Although the seniors came out with the win, each class was able to raise money for their own resulting in success for all!
